- What does the Data mean? What is the meaning of the Severity Letters (A through L) in the Survey icon?

- I want to locate specific services (i.e. ventilator, Alzheimer's) offered by the facilities in my area, but cannot locate this information on your website.

MyZiva Facility Focus participating facilities provide a description of services. Click on the "lit" Facility Focus icons to the right of search results. Then choose the "Care & Services" section.
For all non-participating facilities, contact the facilities directly for information on services. Visit the facilities to ensure they meet your needs.
- How do I add facilities to my Favorites list? How do I compare facilities?

First, you must join MyZiva.Net. Joining is free and takes only seconds. Once your "user name" and "password" are activated, sign in and then conduct a search for facilities.
To add facilities to "MyFavorites" simply click on the Bookmark button/icon (containing a check mark) to the right of each facility you wish to add. You can add as many facilities to MyFavorites as you wish.
To compare facilities, you must first add facilities to "MyComparisonList." You can add as many facilities as you wish to this list. To add facilities to MyComparisonList, simply click on the Compare button/icon (containing human head profile) to the right of each facility you wish to add. To create a Comparison Chart, access MyComparisonList and checkmark the white box to the left of the 2 facilities you wish to compare. You can only compare 2 facilities at one time.
- Can I use your website to find nursing jobs?
- MyZiva.Net is a free informational service dedicated to helping you find and contact nursing homes in any area of your choosing. Our search results contain direct facility contact information, including Address and Phone Number, in addition to driving directions. Please contact the facilities directly to make employment enquiries. Good luck!
